Rangers thrash the Devils last night 5 – 2. A very sweet victory indeed for a game played in MSG West (NJ Prudential Center). I couldnt hear “You Cant Beat Us” but I am sure the sentiment was there.

Just as King Leonidas proclaims in “300″ after first battle with the Persians, it was “a good start” as the New York Rangers claimed victory in Game 1 of this 2008 – 09 season. Rangers defeat the Tampa Bay Lightning 2 – 1 earlier today in a game played in Prague (Czech Republic).
